Solar Activity
Solar Activity this week was low with only 12 C class flares. There are currently 8 active regions on disk with a forecast of low to intermediate events for the next 48 hours. STEREO B shows a couple of small active regions are due to rotate onto the disk within the next couple of days.
How many GOES flares occurred?
Flares above B, C, M, X class were 9 12 0 0
And how many of these are listed in the RHESSI flare list?
Flares above B, C, M, X class were 7 10 0 0
And how many had EXCELLENT coverage?
Flares above B, C, M, X class were 4 4 0 0
There were RHESSI flares/GOES flares 163 / 21 over the time range 19-Sep-12 26-Sep-12
Memory Management
SSR has been emptying out at the end of the pass set.
Spacecraft Status
Cold plates 1 and 2 are currently sitting at 107.9 and 106.4 K respectively.
Data Gaps
There were only 2 short 5 minute data gaps on the 21st of September.
Detector issues
The HV on detector 8 was lowered by 6 steps to 3554 V at 2012-09-21 15:59:51 UT. However it still shows a slower day coming out of the SAA than other detectors.
